Plaintiffs Joy Ann Gardner and Robert Blangeres have been appointed by the Court to serve as Class representatives. The Court appointed Berding & Weil, LLP, Sandler, Ahern & McConaughy PLLC, Levy, Ram, Olson & Rossi, LLP, and Cunningham, Bounds, Yance, Crowder & Brown as Class Counsel. Qualifying Class members will not be charged attorneys' fees. If Class Counsel obtain a recovery for the Class, they may apply for payment of their reasonable attorneys' fees and costs by Stimson. These fees are not to exceed 30% of any funds recovered before distribution of the net proceeds to the class.
